Where is Red Ridge the Label manufactured?
We produce everything in Queensland, Australia with the majority of garments and accessories made in Blackall and select pieces sewn in Brisbane.

Are your products true to size?
Yes our garments work from standard measurements but are cut to fit slightly generously. For assistance in selecting your size, please email info@redridgethelabel.com.au

How do you support your artists?
We work with artists from across central Queensland on a range of projects through our many programs. Artworks selected to feature in Red Ridge the Label are purchased from the artists and they also receive a commission from sales.

How long does it take for shipping?
We ship orders daily via Standard or Express Post from central western Queensland so please note your order may take a day longer than normal due to regional delays but we will endeavour to notify you of any delays.

How much does shipping cost?
We provide flat rate standard shipping of $8 Australia-wide or Express for $15.
Flat rate standard International shipping $20.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, providing the item has not been worn or washed and is in as new condition. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days as long as your item is unworn with tags still attached. Any items returned outside of this timeframe are accepted at the discretion of our customer service team.
